Getting Fit - The Yummy Mummy Way

Okay...every mom is a busy mom. There's no doubt about it. It's hard to find time to lose those pregnancy pounds, or even just stay in shape. There's a simple way to do this!

After having three kids, my wife was trying to lose those extra pounds that she gained through the childbearing years, and that bit of extra belly flab that seems to be standard "baggage" that comes with the kids. Now, don't get me wrong! I think my wife always looks great, but I know that the ladies seem to always want to lose a few pounds or trim down...no matter what.
